Mandy began her role as a graphic designer at Canada Drives in 2020. Her responsibilities predominantly revolved around designing static and video advertisements tailored for social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Additionally, Mandy designed responsive Google ad banners, company presentations, email newsletters, and blog headers.

In 2021, Mandy’s position temporarily shifted focus toward their sister company, Spring Financial. During this time, she played a crucial role in the company's rebranding and web redesign. Her dedication and hard work on that project later earned her an award.

In 2022, Mandy was transitioned back onto the Canada Drives team on a full-time basis and was promoted to the position of UX/UI designer. In this role, she worked closely with the Dev team on various UX/UI design tasks. Additionally, when the company switched from using Adobe XD to Figma as their web design platform, Mandy took on the responsibility of establishing a functional design system. This system aimed to ensure a smoother design process for both herself and her team.
